CHRISTMAS - GENEROSITY GIN

Tastes like Christmas in a glass. The traditional Christmas spices were steeped in spirits and then put through our small copper still. The result was a delightful drink that tastes like an explosion of Christmas cake.

It has been slightly sweetened with highland hakea honey and a little snow water from when we distilled it mid November during a snow storm. It seemed the perfect weather to make Christmas gin, but somehow for a different hemisphere. We took it as a great sign though.  

There was only one batch and when it is gone there will be no more until next Christmas.
